Roon app stuck on loading screen on PC and iPhone (ref#AJIU57)

Describe the issue

Roon worked fine for months with a roon server on my PC and a trinnov altitude 16. Without any change it stopped working 10 days ago with the loading screen in the app never ending. Same on PC app and Iphone. I re-installed my roon server, no effect.

Describe your network setup

I got a freebox delta from my internet operator and that's it. I reseted it . No effect

Welcome to the Roon Community. Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Let’s see if a fresh database helps here.

• Create a Backup of your current database
• Exit out of Roon + RoonServer (from taskbar area)
• Navigate to your Roon Database Location
• Find the folder that says “Roon Server” and “Roon”
• Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old” and “Roon” to “Roon_old”
• Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
• Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup
