· I recently updated the ROON appps but later found that the new ROON app is not compatible with my Mac Mini because of I am using MacOS 10.15.8. Can I download an older version of ROON?

Hi @WK_Tang,

Thank you for your post. The minimum hardware requirements for Roon have changed for security and stability reasons, effective April 27, 2026.

Long-term, you’ll need to update your hardware to meet the minimum requirements or rely on a third-party tool like Open Core Legacy Patcher to update your Mac to MacOS 12 or above.

For now, there is an installer temporarily available in this post for users who are stranded due to the updated hardware requirements with the latest Roon release:
