Description Of Issue

Roon app will not launch on Mac Pro. iPhone app works and allows me to control content and stream music, etc.

The Roon app briefly appears (1 second) then quits.

Hi @Chris_Nelson,

Can you please try reinstalling the Roon app on your Mac?

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location (on the Mac - not the Nucleus, the Mac database is under the Library folder
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Select the Nucleus from the “Choose your Core” screen
