I have roon on my surface pro 7 and when I click the roon icon it will not open roon.

Describe your network setup

I am just using a surface pro 7 with windows 10 for my device which is routed toba external dac.

Hi @ratdadie ,

Welcome to the forum. Is this a new install or an existing install? Do you by any chance have any Antivirus, such as Avira which may have accidentally quarantined Roon? Do you see any specific error messages when trying to open Roon? If so, what do you see?
