Roon application fails to launch on Windows 10 after multiple restarts and attempts to reinstall (ref#S3OLPM)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

Tell us what's going on

· I have a PC running windows 10. I have been using roon for years. Today it will not start. Nothing happens when trying to launch. I have shut down and restarted 5 times. Still nothing. Tried to uninstall and message comes up "please quit all instances of roon server" which I cannot do. Tried downloading roon again with same message.

· Router is from ATT BGW320-500

Check task manager and see if the server is running in the background?
ctrl+art+delete then select “task manager” then look under “processes” tab and then select RoonServer and then “End task”, repeat for all “roon” related entries. Then try re-installing Roon.

YES It worked! I will have to remember that. THANKS. Downloaded again and up and running.
