Can you please clarify for us in a little bit more of details what exactly is not running ?

You also stated that backups are not creating or restoring, can you please clarify what exactly happens ?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to retrieve an automatic diagnostics report from your Roon Server at this time.

We would like to ask you to manually gather the logs from your RoonServer and Roon folders and upload them to our Logs Uploader.
