What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

the program on the PC does not start. what can I do?
If I want to reinstall it, how can I do it?

Your PC has Two Roon programs including Roon server and Roon (client). Make sure you have started Roon server or have it set to Launch at startup (of your PC). Give the Roon server a minute or two to get up and running, then click on Roon to start the Roon client program. It’s on the task bar - right click.
