  7. which error messages are you getting, if any?

According to account diagnostics, you don’t have an active RoonServer instance associated with this Roon Community account.

Do you have multiple Roon accounts? If not, then please verify the status of your account here: Your Account

If you have an active RoonServer machine, please specify the make, model, and operating system. Our team will attempt to reach diagnostic logging once we sort out the status of your Roon account.
