· I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

What type of connection issue?

· Something else

Describe the issue

Roon application can't be open (worked before) - information listed on the screen waiting for Roon server

Describe your network setup

router Synology RT2600ac, application work on Mac mini M2, macOS 15.1.1 (24B91)

Roon sometimes gets confused about the identify of the server it is trying to connect to.

Try selecting the “Wybierz inny serwer Roon” (Choose another Roon server) button.

Hi @grzegorz.lichocik,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help with this issue. @Wade_Oram is correct about how this is usually resolved. Please let us know if that works.

The instruction helps and currently Roon started but can’t see any streamers ( I have 3 different connected via ethernet home network).
Pushed the button on audio zone searching for searching devices but information is that “no audio devices found”. Regards Grzegorz

Hey @grzegorz.lichocik,

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

Thank you!
