Thank you for writing in to ask us about this issue. In order to troubleshoot this issue we are going to need some more information. Can you share a screenshot of the screen you see when trying to connect to your Roon server? Also please tell us which Roon client device you are having trouble with.

One thing I noticed while checking our records is that your Roon server hasn’t been seen for 13 days. Is that the last time you tried to use Roon? Lastly can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
