What happens if you set the Roon window to full screen?

I can’t set it up. I can’t turn it on since I updated it yesterday. After completely delete and reinstall the roon, it does that from the first run.

I’ve checked compatibility, firewall, graphics card, and program, but nothing changes.

Thanks for your message, this looks like a graphics related issue. Can you please confirm the model/manufacturer of the affected device? Also, please send a screenshot of your System Info → Displays tab.

Thanks for getting back to us with that information. We have had users with a similar problem solve it with the below steps.

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup
