Description of Issue

I ordered a NUC10I7FNH1 was sent a NUC10i7FNKN with 8 Ram and correct M.2 drive. It works. However the issue is I wanted the Audio support the FNH1 supports to make the core also an endpoint.

NUC10i7FNH1 appears to be unavailable at this time. Upon reviewing your approved NUC models I realized you only have Gen 10 as of now. Are there any GEN 11 or 12 that have been approved for use that I may use instead? If available.

The models listed are the current approved list. ROCK currently does not use UEFI boot so the 11 and probably 12 gen won’t work.

There is a new version being worked on, but, no date on when.

Until then you can get an 11 use Windows or Linux, and then change when a newer version of ROCK gets released.

There is no SQ difference between the different OSes.
