For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

My subscription ran out. After I resubscribed none of my Roon apps will start--they show the roon insignia, but nothing else.

Nothing has changed--I'm running Roon Rock on a wired network. Normally I can start the Roon app on my network, or on my phone, but neither is working now.
Thanks for letting us know. When you see the Roon insignia, does it stay on the screen, or does something else happen? We also noticed you have several Roon Servers associated with your account, so we’d like to confirm whether this behavior happens when connecting to both ROCK and the Windows server. Are multiple Roon Remotes affected as well? Let us know when you have a chance!
Just checking in on this. Were you able to see whether the Roon insignia stays on the screen, and does the behavior happen on both your ROCK and Windows Roon Server?
