Describe the issue

Hello,
Since updating to Roon ARC 1.67 on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, Roon ARC needs 20 seconds to show the Recent Activity and currently playing song. Albums opened during this time are also not showing any songs and can‘t be started to be played. I‘ve already reinstalled the app, this unfortunately didn‘t fix the issue.
Thank you for your help

Hi @destaris,

Thank you for the report.

Just to confirm a few of the symptoms you’re seeing in the app in our escalation to development:

Do the albums that have zero tracks listed include: 1) streaming 2) local and 3) content locally downloaded to the phone in ARC?

When you experience this slow loading time, are you restoring the app from background, or opening it for the first time?

If it’s easier to share a video or screen recording from the phone, you can upload it securely to our team here.

We’ll watch for your response and take a closer look at diagnostics and telemetry for your ARC account instance in the meantime. Thank you!

Hi,
All albums are affected, streamed, locally stored and downloaded.
The slowdown occurs after a downtime or when opening it after manually ending the app. It doesn‘t occur while actively listening to music.
I‘ve also uploaded a video showing the opening of the app and navigatibg to an „empty“ downloaded album.
Best wishes and thank you for your help!

Hi @destaris,

Thanks for getting back to us with that information. I’ve added it to the ticket we have open with our developers. We’ll keep you updated here as soon as we hear back from them.

Hi @destaris,

Development has request that you securely upload a copy of your Roon database here for them to reproduce the issue internally in the same environment.

At your convenience, please use the directions found here to locate the RoonServer folder housing your Roon database. Zip (compress) the entire RoonServer folder and upload that at the link provided at the top of this post. Thanks!

Hi,
I’ve uploaded a compressed version of the RoonServer-Folder to the linked drive.

Hi @destaris,
Thanks for uploading your database for us. I’ve attached it to our ticket with the developers. Once they provide an update on their investigation, we’ll follow up with you here.
