Fellow user here. Who is your ISP? And, are you trying to sync over Wifi, or over Cellular?

Ben with the support team here, thanks for writing in! A recent diagnostic report from Arc is pointing at CG Nat being active within your ISP, which is blocking Arc from properly shaking hands with your core device.

As a next step, please test out disabling IPv4 and see about reconnecting.
