Networking Gear & Setup Details

Using my own router ASUS RT-AX86U through Ethernet
ISP -Bell Canada.
Anti virus, VPN, Firewall = all disabled.

Connected Audio Devices

Number of Tracks in Library

9300 tracks in library

Description of Issue

I tried all the suggested solutions and Roon arc can not connect
UPnP enabled.
Also tried manual configuration . Still not able to connect.

This is the error I get:
