· My Roon Arc says roon not found. When I try to log in on my roon server it says cannot find. I’m using my nucleus. All lights are on but it cannot find my roon
Thanks for reaching out. I am looking over your account diagnostics, but your Nucleus is listed as offline for several days. Is the unit still powered on? If you plug in an HDMI cable from the unit to a TV/Monitor, is there any info displayed on the diagnostic screen? Please share a picture if so.
Can you please share a screenshot of the screen you’re encountering within ARC, or list the error message you see?
Can you please also navigate to the Nucleus WebUI page using a browser, take a screenshot, and share that screenshot here?
If you can’t access the WebUI, please connect the unit to a monitor via HDMI and let us know if you see a BIOS diagnostic output. Take a picture if possible and upload that here.
