Roon ARC Android App displays 'Something Went Wrong' error (ref#QWO1OD)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

None of the above quite fits

· About Roon Arc.I have now tried every type of Reboot, Reinstall. Clearing cache and data, Reset on server and test connection on Server. Everything checks out fine, I can even stream music on earlier cached listings. But whatever I do in the ROON arc Android App it says "something Went Wrong" everytime I try to list anything, Tracks, or Artists or albums. When I start the app and login it does "the first sync" thing and it takes a little while. No Error there. So I am stumped. This used to work fine on my old Phone and now that I moved on to my new phone the error is identical.

Tell us about your home network

· It's internally Wired CAT6 with a number of switches and Wifi extenders where needed. But Almost all I do is Either just one Switch away from the Router or Wi-Fi direct to the Router. Router is a Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000, internet connection is to a 1Gb Fiber connection that has had minimum downtimes over the years, mostly planned stops. Switches that might be involved is D-Link DGS-1024D, Zyxel GS1900-24 and a GS-1900-48 might be on route to both file server and Roon Server. File Server for all music Files is a Synology DS-416. Roon "server duties is on a small Ryzen7 Win11 pro machine dedicated for the purpose. All internal Roon Apps both on PC's and Pads (nothing Apple) works fine and plays on their DACS and through ROOPIE streaming points and a WIIM pro. Pads are WiFi, Phones are both Sim and Wifi. The regular Non ARC roon app works on everything, including phones over WiFi and wired. But only Phones and Pads are ever not wired.

Hey @Bo_Eriksson,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! We’d be happy to take a closer look into these Arc issues for you, but we’re not seeing any devices with any recent Arc sessions involved.

Could you please reproduce the issue, and share a more specific date, time, and the name of the track you’re playing or attempting to play when the issue arises?

We’ll very likely be able to review a fresh Arc diagnostic report afterwards. Thank you!
