I have been using Arc since launch. Playlists have always continued to load extremely slow, with advice prior having been to reinstall. I tried this and reinstalled, but now Arc does not even open. It loads the Logo loading screen and that’s it. Nothing further. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Same outcome.

Try deleting the Arc app cache and data. This has worked for me on Android devices when I’ve faced the same situation and when reinstallng does nothing.
