Describe your network setup

Roon is connected to Starlink by deco system extenders

Hi @Antonio_Marcella,

Thank you for sharing the details.

Your issue is likely caused by the Starlink network configuration — Starlink does not support traditional port forwarding on standard residential plans because of Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT). This prevents Roon ARC from establishing a direct connection to your Core.

To work around this limitation, we recommend using Tailscale, which allows secure remote access without the need for port forwarding. You can follow the steps in our documentation here: https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/arc-and-tailscale-connect-to-roonserver-without-port-forwarding

Once you have it configured, please test ARC again and let us know how it goes.
