Hello @miskomonas

Thank you for reaching Roon support. Would you kindly send us a full adb log ?

Connect your PC to Android phone and install ADB (instructions are here (all platforms)). Then:

  1. Type adb shell in terminal
  2. Type logcat v (ref: Logcat command-line tool  |  Android Studio  |  Android Developers)
  3. Reproduce the problem and let terminal print logs for 3-5 more seconds
  4. Select output from the moment you started the reproduction of the bug till the very end
  5. Upload the log here and let us know once you have done so:

Hi @miskomonas,

We’ve not seen a reply so far but we’re eager to investigate this issue.

We’ll be best equipped to pinpoint the root cause of the problem if you can supply us with Android-level logs (ADB logs) per the instructions @vadim has provided above.

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!

Hi @miskomonas,

We’re going to extend the topic timer a few days to prevent this thread from auto-closing. Please see two posts above for next steps. If you’re able to supply ADB logs capturing an incident, that would be immensely helpful.

This thread will auto-close after the weekend with no further responses. You can reactivate the thread anytime by simply submitting a new support request.
