When I log in on the Roon ARC app it says 'Couldn't update your Roon Server' (All Apps and the ROCK are all up to date)
Describe your network setup
- EE Broadband (UK)
- Roon server is ROCK (Intel NUC11TNHi7 NUC Pro i7-1165G7 11th Gen 4.70 GHz 4 Core) running Roon Server v2.57 (build 1598) - Router is EE Smart Hub SH31B (Model F5394-CP EE)
- Roon ARC app is on iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 26.2
- Roon Server and Router are connected by Ethernet cable
Roon App, Roon Arc App are up to date. Can access Roon library at home via the EE Wifi network (via iMac, iPad or iPhone)
Thanks for reaching out. Can you please share a screenshot of the exact screen you are seeting? Does this issue only happen on one ARC device, or across multiple when trying to connect to the server? Is there any change in behavior if you delete + reinstall the ARC app?
