Roon Arc App not fully booting

Roon Core Machine

Running Roon Server on a windows 10 OS on a Lenovo P330

Networking Gear & Setup Details

TP-Link Deco 9 in access point mode. P330 Roon Server is wired to one TP-Link node. Then wired to the main router for internet connection.

Connected Audio Devices

Hegel H590 connected to network (wired).

Mobile phone with Roon and Roon Arc installed is a Motorola android Edge 20 Pro.

Number of Tracks in Library

45 tracks

Description of Issue

Roon app is working fine and under settings it shows Roon Arc checkmark is correctly set up. When i start the Roon Arc app, it never passes the statup imange. Just shows a logo when starting the app.

I tried installing the app on my wife’s samsung android phone and it started immediatly to connect to the Roon Core.

So i suspect there could be a compatibility issue with Motorola?

Please try installing the ARC app directly from our downloads page using the APK installer if you’re still experiencing this issue: https://download.roonlabs.net/builds/RoonARC.apk
