Roon ARC app not muting during playback (ref#MFHP43)

· This is nothing to do with my home this is to do with ARC on my mobile device which is the Samsung ultra s25..

I'm not sure where to fill this information out but essentially when I receive a WhatsApp video call or a WhatsApp audio call I get the call and I get playing music in the background. This is the only application on my phone to my knowledge that does this any other music player simply stops or mutes the songs I think they actually stop including the streaming services. It's very annoying because when I have a video call or an audio call I actually have to physically go to the rune ARC and physically stopped the application

@support this occurs on iOS as well but happens intermittently

Thanks again I also notice as well that sometimes you close the apps down and you close the roon arc down and the music still plays!

Literally a second ago I had to literally start the app up again wait for the song to appear, pause it and then close the app down
