arc shows ready on mac. but trying to open on android it never connects. uninstalled the android app and now when i open it on android it just sits on a splash screen indefinitely. reinstalled andoird app and restarted phone multiple times.
epb. all other network services fine. asus rt-ac88u latest firmware. mac mini siera 15.7.2 os. arc roon 2.57

If possible, could you share a screenshot of your Roon Settings > Roon Arc when you’re attempting to access Arc on the android?
Does this issue happen on both wifi as well as cellular data?
Did you set up a manual port forwarding rule at all, or did Arc initially connect for you without any intervention?
If you can bring your Roon Server online, we’ll enable diagnostic mode to review further.

It sounds like you’re experiencing a session mismatch between the server and ARC. How long has it been since you last synced the app on your home WiFi? What about since you last logged into your Roon account within ARC?
Reinstall the app once more and then share a screenshot of the Settings page here showing the server and cloud connectivity status.
Does the app hang on startup after reinstalling, or only after you log in?
