Router is Genexis Platinum 7840. Internet provider is Delta Fiber in The Netherlands. I called them earlier, they are not familiar with Roon, so they could not assist. I enabled UPnP.
Port forwarding IPV4 and IPV6 are empty

@Rob_Langstraat, to receive appropriate help, it’s best to provide as much information as possible, and complete the template provided in your opening post.
Nonetheless, the diagnostics you’ve provided suggest that UPnP is not properly configured on your router.
Please first try the following steps:
Try to enable UPnP/NATPMP in the web administration interface for the router directly upstream from your Core
Try to manually open the port in your router’s port forwarding configuration
Make sure the IP/Port matches the Port listed in Roon → Settings → ARC
Check for any VPNs or Firewalls that might be interfering
Check if your modem is in Bridge mode
If you continue to experience difficulties, please tag the support team and include the following information:
What is the make and model of your modem and router?
Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?
Who is your internet service provider and what is your geographic region?
Is your Modem configured in Bridge Mode so that it operates only as a modem or do you have the ports forwarded on both?
The modem is a Genexis Platinum 7840, with a Deco M5 wireless adapter attached to it. My region is The Netherlands.
I have enabled UPnP, set the port to the same as in Roon. Don’t know though what to put in at Source Host and Public Ports though. Protocol I have set as TCP.
@Rob_Langstraat, is this the port forwarding screen you see?
If so try setting ‘service name’ to whatever you want to call it…ARC for example, then ‘source hosts’ to 0.0.0.0/0 then the ‘public ports’ to the port Roon suggests, then ‘local host’ to the Roon Core ip address and finally the local port to the same as the previous ‘public ports’ setting, you will need to save it I imagine and of course remember to enable it (top of the screen).

Something doesn’t look right there. The router isn’t using a private network address, e.g., 192.168.68.0, and is a different subnet to the core. Both devices need to be on the same subnet for Roon to work.
Please provide details of all network equipment you have, and describe how the core is connected.
