Describe the issue

I am unable to log into Roon ARC because it says that my Roon installation is not up to date. I downloaded and installed Roon on macOS directly from your website and started my trial. The setup was successful, and I configured it as a server. However, when attempting to use Roon ARC, I receive a message stating that Roon is not up to date.

When I check the "About" section in Roon on macOS, it reports an error while checking for updates. I have already rebooted my Mac, reinstalled Roon, and set both Roon Remote and Roon Server to automatically install all updates, but the issue persists.

Describe your network setup

Archer BE800 | BE19000 directly connected to ISP (Mobile Vikings, using Proximus Fiber network)

I have no insider knowledge, but from what I’m seeing on my Mac right now, an hour after you posted, it looks to me like the Roon update server might be down.

(With it down, my ARC doesn’t want to start either.)

I have a Nucleus Plus and I’ve had the same problem with updates for a few hours

Hi @ruben.deschepper,
We had a technical issue with our update servers. The problem has been resolved. You should be able to update now!
