Roon ARC can't update library

Now I’m using the latest Roon version on ROCK Server.

But Roon ARC can’t update library recently.
Please let me know how to update latest library. (Roon is OK)

Following up on this thread and per @Martin_Webster’s note, we’ll need a bit more information about your system and network setup to better provide support!

In the meantime, I would also suggest heading into your Arc settings and select ‘Reset Roon Arc’.
