Roon Arc CarPlay - Now Playing not working

Description of Issue

Dear Roon, had a bit of an issue this morning with Arc on CarPlay. I couldn’t access Now Playing anymore. Not from within the app nor directly from CarPlay. I don’t remember what I did but with a track playing and reverting to my library I couldn’t access the Now Playing screen anymore while the track kept playing.
TIa for looking into this.

Here are some additionnal observation: As soon as you leave the Now Playing screen, the one with the back, forward & pause, you can’t get back to it. Not from within Arc, and not with the Now Playing app on the Carplay screen. The music plays on thoug.

Thanks for your patience while we work through each thread. Following up here, if you could record a grab a video of this issue on your mobile device that would be helpful.

Does this issue occur on the most recent Arc update?
Does this issue happen when streaming local content, or content from Tidal/Qobuz? Both?

We’ll also need you to fill out the necessary system info:

Roon Core Machine

Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet

Connected Audio Devices

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
