Thank you for your post. What is the specific issue you’re enocuntering with this A&K DAP? Are you having difficulty installing the app, logging in, or are you having problems with playback?
We’ve previously resolved login issues related to web page content loading on A&K DAPs, but we’ll need to know the specific failure in this case.
the Roon ARC downloads and installs. Then it just gets hung and says “searching for network”. How is that possible, new home, no network issues. Then I get some message from Astell & Kern about “port forwarding?” What is going on here???

We need a bit more information to proceed here. Can you share take a look at your Roon settings → Roon ARC page and send us a screenshot of it?
Does this happen on your home Wi-Fi or when you’re using mobile data?
