Just a fellow user here.

The error suggests an issue with the UPnP in your router.

Have you had Arc working before?
If so, have you made any changes to your setup, network etc?

Have you got your router setup for UPnP and and a manual port forward rule?

Try disabling the UPnP setting and only using a manual port forwarding rule.

Hi @David_Wang1,

The above entry in the diagnostic message indicates that other software in your environment has reserved the automatic port assignment.

Try changing the port assignment in Roon → Settings → ARC and any associated port forwarding rules you’ve created. Usually, augmenting a few thousand (56000 or so) will find a free port.
