Description of Issue

Hello, I have had ROON ARC installed on my FIIO M11 Plus for several months and it works fine. Recently it has stopped updating, it still shows the “Bad connection” error. I tried to reinstall the app but now it is not possible to log in. “Something went wrong” error. Reinstalling does not help. Factory installed Android 10. Thank you for your help.

Hi, the ticket can be closed. A factory reset of the whole device helped. Roon ARC did show the login error again, but then the app directed me to the ROON login page and after logging in and confirming the app, it was possible to log in. This is the first time I have seen this procedure, but the app works.
