Description of Issue

I installed the Roon ARC app on my smartphone and started Roon Arc inside my home via wifi connection. I logged in and the app synced with the Roon Core. I then turned off the wifi on my smartphone to simulate the connection outside my home and therefore without wifi, but the message “core unreachable” appeared at the bottom of the smartphone display.
I state that on my modem I have port forwarded as in the image below:


How can I solve this problem?

It would also help to share the internet provider you have and a screen shot of the Settings / ARC page.

My internet provider is TIM and ZTE H388X modem/router is their furniture.

hi guys, the problem is solved. The configuration made on the modem router and the configuration made by the Roon core are both correct. The problem is with my company SIM which, using the company APN, blocks the Roon communication protocol (also blocks CLASH ROYALE :slight_smile: ). in fact, after configuring another commercial and no longer corporate APN, Roon’s splendid app works perfectly.
