Please try the following test in the meantime on the current build:
Place ARC in Offline mode
Place ARC in the background while using another app
After a minute or so, move ARC back to the foreground.
Does the app crash?
Next, please try this test:
Place ARC in Offline mode again
Switch between Profiles
Does this reproduce the crash?
Based on the results in diagnostic logging, we should have everything we need to patch the issue. Thank you!

Hi @daniel , after my recent upgrade to Nucleus One and the latest firmware update I can now use ARC again without crashing. I only used it for 45-60 minutes, but it didn’t crash!
Not sure if it’s Nucleus One, or the latest update or both … I leave that to you guys
