Hi @bernardb50,

Thank you for your patience. Development has identified a relevant error in diagnostic logging and created a ticket in the pipeline for a potential fix. We will continue to post updates here and will alert you when the potential fix enters the Early Access branch.

Please try the following test in the meantime on the current build:

  1. Place ARC in Offline mode
  2. Place ARC in the background while using another app
  3. After a minute or so, move ARC back to the foreground.

Does the app crash?

Next, please try this test:

  1. Place ARC in Offline mode again
  2. Switch between Profiles

Does this reproduce the crash?

Based on the results in diagnostic logging, we should have everything we need to patch the issue. Thank you!

@connor the tests both help getting ARC running again. But crashing starts again when switching back and forward to Remote.

Hi @daniel , after my recent upgrade to Nucleus One and the latest firmware update I can now use ARC again without crashing. I only used it for 45-60 minutes, but it didn’t crash!
Not sure if it’s Nucleus One, or the latest update or both … I leave that to you guys :wink:
