When i use roon ARC on my iphone 14 with headphones i have no problems. When i use it in my car using apple Carplay, roon ARC crashes all the time (sometimes freezes)> What can i do to avoid this?

Thanks for reaching out! When ARC crashes/freezes, does it happen on a screen in particular, or does it seem to happen with no pattern to it? Can you let us know the exact local time + date of the next freeze or crash? What kind of car is the unit plugged into, in case it is related to the specific model in use? Thanks!

Hi it happens when im enjoying music, after a few minutes.
Its my skoda enyac.
In the past it did work for a while, but now im not able to use it.
it started with flickering screen. (only on ARC). and then it stopped.
Now the app stops after 3 - 4 seconds

Thanks for the update! We’ll need to share some recent Arc diagnostic information with our development team to analyze further.

In the meantime, can you please remove Arc from your mobile device and perform a fresh install? If you have downloaded content, you can create a playlist of it for easier re-downloading after the fresh install.
