Roon ARC displays 'unauthorized' and poor connection issues (ref#JCT9U5)

I should add that ARC is running on the same WiFi network as the Roon Server (on a Mac mini M1), so I don’t get “poor connection.” You see with WiFi is strong at the top of the screen. Second, I don’t get “unauthorized,” either. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the clarification.

As a next step, could you please try fully reinstalling the Roon ARC app on your mobile device?

Specifically:

  1. Uninstall Roon ARC
  2. Reboot your phone
  3. Reinstall Roon ARC from the App Store / Play Store
  4. Launch ARC again and check if the “unauthorized” message and connection warnings persist

This can help clear out stale authentication or cached data that may cause inconsistent ARC behavior.

Please let us know how it goes, and we’ll continue from there if needed.
