What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

Port forwarding is 50002

Have you set a forwarding rule in your routers configuration?

It should look similar to this, but replace the 55000 port number with 50002 and the IP address with the IP address that Roon shows in the Roon ARC setup screen.

Here in my case Roon’s IP address is 192.168.1.68 with port number 55000.

Hi @Xavier_GUERIN,

In the error message i see a External IPV6 address. As far as i know, Roon Arc isn’t supporting IPV6 at the moment. Can you turn it off on the router?

Kind regards,

Maarten.

Thanks for your reply.
