a) The port matches with the one listed for ARC
b) there are no VPNs or firewalls
c) My fiber optic modem cum router is NOT in bridge mode.
d) How do I tag the support team?
This is an ISP provided generic router. I do not know make/model
There is a managed Ubiquiti EdgerouterX on the network which is configured as a switch. It is only used to connect the streamer to the router. Roon server is not connected to this switch.
My ISP is Reliance and I live in BLR, India.
My fiber optic modem cum router is NOT in bridge mode.

Please note that you don’t need to obfuscate an internal IP address, and showing this, and confirming the IP address of your Roon core would be helpful (I believe it is 10.0.1.203.)
If the IP address you have hidden is the same, then the issue may be specific to your ISP.
You can reach out directly to your service provider to ask if they support port forwarding. You may also ask the following supplementary questions:
Have you implemented carrier-grade NAT for my account level?
Have you fully implemented IPv6, or do you have IPv4 addresses available?
Can I request a static IPv4 address to support port forwarding?
Are there any ports you have reserved at the ISP level I should be aware of?
@support will respond to this thread according to date received.
Thank you for your patience, as I understand you’ve endured a long delay in waiting for a staff response.
The diagnostic message from your initial post included a ConflictinMappingEntry line, suggesting one of three blockages is responsible here:
there is additional software (usually your ISP or additional streaming/gaming software) using the same port Roon is attempting to use. Try changing the port in Roon → Settings → ARC by a few thousand, and promptly changing the router port forwarding rule to match the new port assignment.
The port mapping conflict may be the result of your carrier’s CG-NAT. After doing a little searching on Reliance, they are currently rolling out IPv6 and are rumored to have imposed CG-NAT on their IPv4 customers. In either case, ARC won’t currently work, but keep in mind Roon is working hard to release IPv6 compatibility, which may allow for IPv6 network support with most ISPs. Unfortunately, you’d have to rely on a VPN if CG-NAT is responsible here, so it might be worth inquiring with Reliance directly what type of account you have.
The third possibility is that a router on your local network is blocking the port forwarding by imposing additional network address translation. Verify the router is actually functioning as a switch and not performing any NAT. I’d also check if there’s any network security on the ISP router that can interfere with port forwarding.
