Roon Arc doesn’t work. Get a poor connection message

Description of Issue

Roon on my homework is working perfectly.
Roon ARC is showing a poor connection message despite being connected by Wi-Fi in the same location as the Core. Roon Arc is not updating at all. It is not showing artwork even for items previously downloaded. It is still showing an profile that I deleted from the core two weeks ago.


Screenshots provided of my Arc screen and my internet speeds.

I used ARC successfully 2 months ago using both a mobile connection and Wi-fi from a remote location.

Delete and reinstall the Roon ARC app and see if that helps.
