Hi, I have used ARC for 1weeks. At first nothing mattered, but I removed all the library folders because my computer reported that I must change HDD because of bad condition. So I removed the HDD and designated another folders in another HDD for my library.
But after that my Roon arc couldn’t access some tracks in some albums from discography. the blue bar is moving from right to left but I’m not sure but I guess it can be 30~70% of my whole artist lists.
In 2 albums below, only 1 album accesses tracks
I have re-installed ARC. but sympton is the same.
onlly difference I notice so far after reinstallation is A-ha scoundrel days tracks is not visible.(At first, 4~5 tracks from that album was visibe, and after 1 day, all tracks was visible. but after reinstallation all tracks are not visible)
Should I wait for a while to access tracks in all albums? but from recent 2 days situation, I feel it will take very long time even if waiting has effect
One more thing wierd is I can access tracks of all allbums from search box. But only album search works. If search for Artist, after selecting album, the trouble is the same)
Can somebody please help me? Thank you in advence for any advises.
