Roon Arc downloads not appearing

Hi all,

The downloads on Roon ARC on my iPhone are messed up.
Only 2 albums are listed in the downloads list, while I have a lot more downloaded.
I can see that they are physically downloaded on the device, and when I open the albums in question in ARC, I can see the checkmark that confirms they are indeed downloaded.
When I download new albums and go to “Downloads”, I can see the progress bar for the download, but once it’s complete, the list does not update. 2 albums is all I ever get to see.

I have tried resyncing to the Roon core by pulling down on ARC’s homepage, but this also doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve also made sure it’s not filtering by anything.
Any ideas?

Same here, very dissapointing from Roon

You and the OP should open proper support tickets if you want help from Roon Labs: go to Support, click Get Help

Here in Roon Software Discussion it’s just user discussions

Was going to log support ticket then resolved it. I disconnected roon arc then restarted my roon server (I did a full reboot of the computer running it) then reconnected arc.

This worked, and has stayed stable so far. Just reconnecting arc didn’t work, likewise just restarting the server didn’t work. Doing both did.

If it happens again I’ll reach out to Roon.

Just a bump, as this doesn’t require another topic.

I just faced this issue today at 1638hrs GMT.

Haven’t downloaded any music on my phone, so I went to tonight. Once I downloaded several albums, nothing showed in the downloads area.

Quitting the app did not work, nor refreshing the page, or selecting the “Your Downloads”, “Smart Downloads” “Queued Downloads” buttons.

The albums only showed once you clicked on the “search button” after which the list populate with the albums I downloaded. Further downloads now do show.

I am currently testing all this before I go out of the country for a month.

This same workaround has just worked for me as well…thanks!

Something is clearly wonky with ARC at the moment because this functionality did use to work correctly. Not sure if it’s an EA issue or wider - I’m running build 387 currently.
