Welcome to the Roon community, @unihope_sh.

The diagnostics you’ve provided suggest that UPnP is not properly configured on your router. However, the most likely cause is having two routers, and therefore, two subnets for ARC to navigate.

You need to forward port 55002 in your ISP router to the Linksys, and then forward port 55002 in the Linksys to your Roon core.

Thank you for your help.

The problem is I have done the forwarding on ISP router.

It worked well in the past.

I have rebooted two routers several times.

Best regards
