· RoonArc used to work well. I am not aware of any changes since it used to work. When I launch RoonArc on my phone now it says: "There's an issue with your Roon Server. Your Roon Server is online but there's an issue that's preventing access. Go to the Roon app for more information. We’ve activated diagnostics on your account, and we’re also seeing MultipleNATFound errors. That points to the Fiber modem likely handling router duties as well.
Please try setting Bridge Mode on one of the routers and see whether that helps. If you still get automatic configuration errors after that, you may also need to manually configure a port forward in the router. Let us know if this helps, or if you have any questions along the way.
Thanks for the note. I set up port forwarding in the past to get this to work. could something have happened to undo that? I am not an expert and am reluctant to spend the time to figure all that out again. It was quite an ordeal the first time.
According to our diagnostics, it looks like both your AT&T modem and ASUS are trying to perform router duties. The simplest solution would be to ensure your AT&T modem/router combo is placed into Bridge Mode, often times the ISP itself can do this remotely, if you wish to give them a call.
Wanted to follow up on this. Have you had a chance to put the AT&T modem/router into Bridge Mode, or check with AT&T to see if they can enable it remotely?
