Roon ARC will not connect to the server because "Couldn't update your Roon Server". In the MacOS client it says that there's an error checking for an update. I've tried everything including restarting, reinstalling the docker instance, and resetting the database
Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear about your issues - we’re unfortunately not able to support Roon in a docker setting, but we have a community of users over in the Tinkering category that may be able to help!
That said, if you’re able to move your Roon Server over to a supported version, we’d be happy to continue helping! Sorry for the inconvenience here.
Sorry for the confusion. There was a backend issue related to our update server that corresponded to the timing of this post. This affected ARC connectivity for certain users.
The issue has since been resolved, but if you are still seeing symptoms, please restart RoonServer and ARC. Let us know if this doesn’t resolve the issue and we’ll proceed from there.
