Hi @James_Holland1 ,
This error can occur when you don’t have UPnP turned on or there is an issue with the router’s UPnP capabilities. Have you tried to set up a manual port forwarding rule, and did that have the same issue? There is also a 3rd party app called Tailscale that some of our customers use in case they have a router with port forwarding issues, please see:

I cannot see the tailscale button appear on my ROCK interface though. Tried to set up port forwarding manually but it does not appear to work. I will post a snip later.
