Thanks for your message. Can you please confirm - is this a new install, or an existing install with a new issue? In the regular Roon app, under Settings > ARC, are there any error messages listed?

Thanks for the screenshot and the extra detail. Since this is a relatively new installation on QNAP Container Station, we want to narrow down whether the issue is tied to the QNAP environment itself or something more general.
Can you temporarily host the Roon Server on another PC and let us know if ARC has the same issue there, or if it is limited to the QNAP? That will help us separate a container-specific problem from a broader connection issue. Please report back with what you see.

I got it working not sure exactly who but I recreated the container app with the core moved back to the spinning disk (it was on the USB SSD). I also removed and reinstalled the Roon ARC app on my phone - I really don’t think that was necessary. Since on a tablet I did not reinstall app and Roon ARC work - after having to log into my Roon account. Thanks for looking into this. I would really like to get roon running on my USB SSD but would need help with configuring the container docker script properly.
If there was a conflict with ARC not seeing your server from the internet, or seeing traces of several different ones from the past, reinstalling is oftentimes the preferred method.
That is doable. Please share a screenshot of File Station or the list of external volumes, showing the system level name of your external USB drive on which you want to run the roon container and its database.
So try as the 3 main folders for Docker generator under Volumes:
/share/USBDisk1/roon:/Roon
/share/Music_24_Bit:/Music
/share/Container/roon-backups:/Roon-Backups
You have to add an additional mount for each of the Music folders with a share path on your NAS and an alias name inside the container behind the : (which you can choose freely, it just helps enabling the correct folders in Settings > Storages)
/share/Music_CD:/Music_CD
/share/Music_Multi_Channel:/Music_Multi_Channel
/share/DSD:/DSD

Looks healthy, you don´t have to do anything if the folder /Music_24_bit is correctly identified and tracks in it imported.
As long as you keep the main “Music Folder” disabled, the path I was suggesting is irrelevant.
