Really need this feature. When I’m out of the house I want to use Roon on my Mac! Please consider.

Do you think it’s not relevant in 2025, or are you surprised that it has not been implemented yet (given the number of votes, 916 right now)?
Given the number of votes I am sure it’s one of Roon’s top priorities

I know you’re being a little tongue-in-cheek, but I do think we can give Roon a bit of “the benefit of the doubt” on this one, because they just did so much work on Roon Arc for phones, which I understand has a larger demand. And I hope a lot of that work can be used to build a “desktop” version.
That’s what I thought in Sept 2022…

Yep, at least approximately.
I wanted to listen to music on my laptop during my time at office and recognized: Huh, I need my phone for that! That’s sad! I would really love the feature to listen from anywhere from all my devices! Upvote!

One thing we can do is continue talking about it, pushing this topic to the top of the discussions and therefore getting more people to vote for it. 
I’m personally curious what the unmet needs of a broad segment of users are that would warrant Arc on desktop, given you have Arc available on your phone while traveling, in the office, etc.
The one use case I could think of is perhaps users using their phone with Arc, away from home, might not be able to hear their phone ring, assuming the ringer doesn’t work due to Roon exclusively using its audio driver for Arc.
If so, I wonder if there might be similar issues with desktop… For example, if you’re using Arc in exclusive mode on your desktop, you might not be able to hear work-related audio (instant message notifications, video calls, etc).

There’ll never be any update (from Roon); either you’ll see it happen, or you won’t.
This “feature suggestion” is from Sept. 2022, so don’t hold your breath.
I wish Roon would add this capability, even a web browser version so you can listen at work would be great.
