Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Roon Community!

Since this behavior started right after the January Android update, could you please try fully reinstalling the Roon ARC app on your Android device?

Specifically:

  1. Uninstall Roon ARC
  2. Reboot your phone
  3. Reinstall Roon ARC from the Play Store
  4. Launch the app and try connecting again

This often helps resolve issues caused by OS-level updates affecting cached app data.

Please let us know if the issue persists after the reinstall, and we’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.

Tried that and i deleted cache as well didn’t work.

I have 3 days left on my trial. I love the audiophile quality of my music from my library, The Roon Arc now frozen on my Pixel 10 pro and having the Roon Core Server on PC apparently is not ideal with 100k files. I’ve upgraded ram to 24gb and SSD to 1tb but the server frequently stops, the arc disconnects and the file analysis seems stuck with 39k files still to process. ??? Steve Hill
