Roon ARC improperly adds playlist to queue causing queue replacement (ref#DL6WW9)

· Roon won’t start, update, or finish installing

Describe the issue

Roon ARC is handling add to queue wrong, when adding a playlist. When you add a playlist to the queue, then playlist starts playing and the queue is gone.

Roon Nucleus one. Rest is irrelevant for this issue.
