Description of Issue

Performing initial setup of ARC. Using MacBook Pro I have configured Roon ARC successfully. Roon ARC app on my iPhone can see Roon Core after login. When I click on Connect I get a swirling icon that never goes away. By never I mean it is still there after 45 minutes. All devices on the same WiFi at the moment.

This may be a Roon ARC service issue that is affecting some of us at the moment, and nothing to do with your setup. Keep an eye on this thread:

Hey @Peter_O,

Following up on this thread, are you still running into sync issues with Arc?

I’ll be on the lookout for your reply.
